Good communication, fast delivery. In general terms the machine is robust, it is built with good quality materials although with details in some finishes such as the closing of the gates that is not perfect and some loose screws, the iron parts have a layer of poorly applied paint. It lacks an operation and maintenance manual which is a disadvantage. For that reason I only give it 4 stars
